  • Starting on the second storey wall sections.
  • These second-floor joists were built with our friends, Lee and Tim, this past June. Hearing the satisfying "thunk" was an important part of the building process. Now, three months later, after a summer of the joist pieces sitting outside in all kinds of weather, we are still enjoying a good solid fit as these pieces go up, one by one.

  • The door was cut out of the wall on September 9, Dave's comment was "you were the last one out of the old house, and now you should be the first one in the new house." Wow.
