  • These second-floor joists were built with our friends, Lee and Tim, this past June. Hearing the satisfying "thunk" was an important part of the building process. Now, three months later, after a summer of the joist pieces sitting outside in all kinds of weather, we are still enjoying a good solid fit as these pieces go up, one by one.
